1. What sets you apart from other centres?

Family owned & operated, organic & delicious catering, spacious hallway, ample parking, park-like playground with play structure, Jolly Phonics Program, sibling special

2. What are the qualifications of your staff?

Each member of our staff is qualified in the field of Early Childhood Education. All caregivers have Standard First Aid and Infant/Child CPR certification. It is mandatory for each employee to undergo a formal Criminal Background Check as well as provide an updated health form. We also require our staff to sign the center’s program statement and program statement implementation policy to ensure consistency with the children in our care.

3. Do you celebrate birthdays?

Birthdays are special and we love to celebrate them!  Parents may provide a nut free treat for their child’s peers.  The treat must be store bought with a SCHOOL SAFE/NUT FREE LABEL.  Cupcakes are great, as they are easy to serve and loved by all. Feel free to leave a camera for us to capture the special moment.

4. When do you introduce the children to the basics of reading?

We recognize that young children are bright and love to learn. Jolly phonics is introduced in the Infant program.

5. Is there any religious teaching?

Religion is not incorporated into any programming.

6. What should I bring for my child’s first day?

Once your child is enrolled, you will receive a Daycare Checklist.  This helpful handout clarifies what you need to provide depending on the program your child is enrolled in.

7. How do I know if your facility is right for my family?

We encourage families to visit our centre, meet our staff & ask questions.  Feel free to bring your child for the tour.

8. How are parents informed about their child’s day?

Infants and toddlers are emailed an electronic daily report at pick up.  The report states diaper changes, servings of snacks and meals, milk/formula consumed and duration of rest.
